Roman won the Rissington championship
Where It All Began
Roman started karting in Honda cadets 2017
It has been an absolute delight to have been given the opportunity to work with Roman in both British F4 and even more so in GB3. It was an honour to part of his incredible first race win in GB3 on his first ever visit to Spa. Also this was only his second ever race meeting in a GB3 car. He is a very focused, determined and talented driver with a bright future. I wish him all the best in his motorsport career.

2018 Ginetta Series
Bilinski's racing career started in 2018, when he raced in the Winter Series of the Ginetta Junior Championship. He then competed in the first seven rounds of the 2019 season with Alastair Rushforth Motorsport. His first victory and pole position would come at the first race at Donington Park.
“Roman’s already proven he has the speed, race craft and maturity as a driver to succeed at this level. We’re looking forward to supporting and developing him further as a driver in the year ahead as he puts together a championship challenge.”
2019 Ginetta Junior Series
Won at Donington plus various podiums
Roman got double pole position at Donington by 1 full second too!
In 2020 Bilinski made his single-seater debut in the F4 British Championship, partnering Alex Connor and Frederick Lubin at the TRS Arden Junior Team. His first podium came at Oulton Park.
The Pole went on to finish two more races in third position and finished eighth in the championship at the end of the year.
Roman’s development has increased rapidly since his first day in the car. He is with out doubt one of the most talented drivers I have worked with. His natural car control, work ethic and being an all round nice guy will take him all the way to the top in every aspect in life.
For the 2021 campaign Bilinski switched to Carlin to race alongside Kai Askey, Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak and Dougie Bolger. Bilinski scored his first podium finish of the season at Oulton Park in race 3.
BRDC British F3 win in Spa
Roman Bilinski claimed his maiden BRDC British Formula 3 win in race two at Spa-Francorchamps after leading most of the way in his second weekend in the series.
In any sport there’s a few of them successful people and I think Roman will be one of them
Bilinski moved into the GB3 Championship to replace Frederick Lubin, who had fallen ill, at Arden International. Roman experienced a very strong debut weekend, with three finishes in the top five with only 1 day of testing.
His next weekend would be even more successful: after finishing third in the first race, Bilinski became the first Polish driver to win a race in British F3. Snetterton was up next, and there Bilinski showed blistering pace, finishing third in the first and second race, and then won race 3 on Sunday, becoming the only driver to score a podium at every race on the same weekend that year. Roman won another race at Oulton Park and ended his sesaon in seventh in the standings, beating both of his teammates.
In this season Roman managed 7 podiums 3 wins, only person this season to get a triple podium in one weekend.
