Bilinski's racing career started in 2018, when he raced in the Winter Series of the Ginetta Junior Championship. He then competed in the first seven rounds of the 2019 season with Alastair Rushforth Motorsport. His first victory and pole position would come at the first race at Donington Park.
“Roman’s already proven he has the speed, race craft and maturity as a driver to succeed at this level. We’re looking forward to supporting and developing him further as a driver in the year ahead as he puts together a championship challenge.”

In 2020 Bilinski made his single-seater debut in the F4 British Championship, partnering Alex Connor and Frederick Lubin at the TRS Arden Junior Team. His first podium came at Oulton Park.
The Pole went on to finish two more races in third position and finished eighth in the championship at the end of the year.
Roman’s development has increased rapidly since his first day in the car. He is with out doubt one of the most talented drivers I have worked with. His natural car control, work ethic and being an all round nice guy will take him all the way to the top in every aspect in life.

BRDC British F3 win in Spa
Roman Bilinski claimed his maiden BRDC British Formula 3 win in race two at Spa-Francorchamps after leading most of the way in his second weekend in the series.
It has been an absolute delight to have been given the opportunity to work with Roman in both British F4 and even more so in GB3. It was an honour to part of his incredible first race win in GB3 on his first ever visit to Spa. Also this was only his second ever race meeting in a GB3 car. He is a very focused, determined and talented driver with a bright future. I wish him all the best in his motorsport career.
